• Until 22 May: Full payment for the stand.
• Before 5 June: Send the final artwork for your stand’s graphic elements.
• From 8 June onwards: There will be a 30% surcharge for contracting services.
• 21 June: Day for exhibitors to set up their stands from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• 22 and 23 June: CM Málaga event days, Sunday 22 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Monday 23 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. respectively.
• 23 June: Stand dismantling, from 2:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The shipment of goods must be scheduled by the exhibitor so that it is delivered to FYCMA on 18 and 19 June between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Goods may be delivered during the event from one hour before the start of the event until the doors open to the public.

Goods may be collected on 24 June between 9am and 5pm. The collection of these goods must be arranged by the exhibitor.

This event has a restricted entry for professionals upon registration. Therefore, access to children under 16 is not allowed.
