We offer a wide range of solutions for virtual hire that will enable you to manage your budget efficiently and effectively.
Important dates for Participants
- From now on: you can send the company logo and URL to link it from the website of CM Malaga in the exhibitor’s section.
- Before the 31st of May: deadline for sending the graphics designs for your stand.
- 16th June: day for exhibitors to prepare the stand from 8.30am to 9.30pm.
- 17th June: deadline for full payment of furniture and services.
- 17th and 18th June: CM Malaga celebration days, from 9am to 6.30pm on the first day; and from 9am to 2.30pm on the second (exhibitors can access from 8am through the loading bay, with their accreditation, on both days).
- 18th June: Dismantling of the stand from 3pm to 9.30pm.
- 19th June: Dismantling of the stand from 8.30am to 8pm. Dismantling of all stands must be finished on the 19th June 2024.
Shipment and Collection of Goods
The shipment of merchandise must be scheduled to be delivered to FYCMA on June 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Goods collection may take place on June 19 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The collection of this merchandise must be managed by the exhibitor.
Terms and Conditions
This event has a restricted entry for professionals upon registration. Therefore, access to children under 16 is not allowed.
